My son ordered a bagel, only to have it thrown across the counter at him, half of it ended up on the floor. He was so taken by it, he left the store, knowing the family was in a rush. There are a few staff at this location that are brutal.
Girly was so kind with me today. And the whole staff in general. Best Tim Hortons in Cochrane!
How do people still go to Tim Hortons? Everything on the menu is disgusting, including the coffee. This location is worse than others, with rude employees, poor hygiene (count the flies in the donuts in the summer), and consistently awful food and drink. I gave them enough chances to improve without any noticeable changes, and now don't go here ever (or to any other Tim's unless there is no other option). Canada's worst product.
