I go to Tim's at least once a day and have done so for years. 90% of the time at the west side one and always drivethru. Of late there has been a huge language problem. It's imperative to have someone taking orders who are fluent in English as well as some at the window. Yesterday I paid for my order in cash and they were totally lost I counting the coins. They did I 4 times and got 4 different totals. They finally called someone over. She was also very survey that she had to use basic math skills.
Great experience at Tim Hortons Westside! The staff were friendly, the service was fast, and my coffee and breakfast were fresh and exactly how I like them. The place was clean and welcoming, which made it a nice stop to start my day. Really appreciate the consistent quality and great customer service. Highly recommend this location!
The crew specially the Filipinos have always been helpful and easy to deal with. They showed me how to use my points today and enjoyed a free chili! 1300 points used with 3200 points more to use!!
