Worst Tim hortons ever. Constantly get orders wrong. Three times I asked for a cheese tea biscuit and they kept giving me raisin. Finally after the last time I was given a raisin (through the drive through) I went back in (in person) and asked for a plain cheese tea biscuit and they still cut it in half and put butter on it. That's not what I asked for. I'm never going back, it's getting ridiculous. I work in customer service and I could not imagine doing this again and again.
Yet another location with a homeless man sleeping at the entrance... coffee shop or the new canadian homeless shelter? Hard to tell nowadays...
Cant understand workers
Absolutely terrible customer service. I order the same coffee every single time, and it’s always wrong. The taste changes every visit, which shows zero care, zero consistency, and zero respect for customers. This place is a complete disappointment and a waste of money
