This location has lovely staff but cafe is worn down and was dirty. Quite a high amount of traffic-people coming in and out and it gets loud inside. Area isn't the best, seems a bit rough and there were 4 cop cars parked outside watching/waiting for something for over an hour. Doesn't feel like a safe part of Ottawa and roads/drivers, construction here are insane. Unfortunately, not the best location to relax.
Gaurav assisted me today and gave me the best service I could have ever received. Very kind and helpful. 10/10 service. He deserves a big raise!
