Very disappointing customer service at this location. I was sitting inside and needed napkins, which were not available at the counter. When I asked the staff, they looked at me and simply ignored me. This is not acceptable. In-store customers deserve the same respect and attention as drive-thru customers. Management should address this with the team
Great experience at Tim Hortons. The coffee was fresh, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and quick. The service was efficient, and the place was clean. I’ll definitely be back!
