Love this location; friendly staff, great service and overall great family friendly restaurant. The pastries are always fresh and the hot food is always well prepared with attention. went to this location at around 5:25pm today only to be met with the most disgusting and disrespectful customer service I've ever experienced. after having to correct the drive through several times for trying to give me the wrong order, the worker that took my order decided to come to the window(Simran was her name) and start yelling and being disrespectful towards me, slamming my food on the counter and trying to throw my drinks at me saying shes worked at Tim Horton's for 5 years. she then tried to lunge at me and try to ... read more
