I had a really disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The employee who took my order was extremely rude from the start. I ordered a quencher with lemonade, but instead I was given sparkling water, which wasn’t what I asked for at all. When I tried to clarify the mistake, her attitude made the situation even worse. This tim horton is under construction and there is a mobile unit..we were 2 people and we order frenchvanila large and my friend order tangerine lemonade..the one who took our order was so rude and didn’t have a sense of speaking to us and then I forgot to order timbites at that time..so we went back and I order the same..she denied that we don’t have that..I was fine but then I ask her for the alternative then I order chocolate muffins she denied that too..in between all this she rolled her eyes so many times which I ignore... read more
