I feel extremely fortunate to reside in a neighborhood that boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere. The employees at Tim Hortons are consistently friendly, always greeting me with a bright smile. Moreover, the food is unfailingly fresh, and the coffee is, in my opinion, the best in town!
This will be my first time giving a 1 star review. The manager know as Hazzim is very disrespectful to some of the workers and when I mentioned it to him, he acted like it was not a big deal. I originally thought the owner of this location was know as James to my confusion. If I’m incorrect I apologize. I see that you have been receiving a good number of negative reviews from this Tim Hortons, as a very knowledgeable business person myself I suggest u look into your staff and pick out a more suitable leader.
