I live in the area and I used to avoid coming to this location despite being my closest; however I came recently and noticed significant improvement on everything, food, speed, staff… a couple of days later I came back and got to speak to new manager Christopher and upon speaking to him I could tell all the improvements are because of his arrival. Thank you Christopher!!! I don’t have to go so far anymore to enjoy my Tim’s ☺️
I typically go to this Tim Horton location in the afternoon, I’ve never had bad experience with them, nor have I never felt welcomed, the manager Vanni such a sweet person greets me with a warm welcome any time I come to the window, Gian and Jess such an amazing being such an amazing energy and great customer service, always making sure that my food is made correctly. I went there to have breakfast and the manager himself handle my order he was so professional and time was really quickly I definitely came back to get my morning coffee
I was passing by over area. I had a very nice and unique experience. All the staff was kind and friendly and Cris who was the staff taking my orders was very polite and serviceable with my orders. Checking that everything was right . One of the best Tim Hortons in the Ottawa area :) Hope to come back soon :) 👏👌🏻
