As with every Tim Horton's, the service was slow. As a wheelchair user, it is challenging to see anything over all the stuff on the counter. It is hard to pay and it is hard to reach my order. Less expensive than Starbucks, but also not nearly as good.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding a very unpleasant experience I had on Thursday, July 31st around 4:00 PM at the Tim Hortons in Billings. I ordered an Iced Capp Mocha and a donut and was the first in line. However, while I was waiting, I saw that two Iced Capp Mochas (large) were served to two people who were behind me, and a Watermelon juice was served to a third person who was also behind me.
