Very slow, employee busy chatting with each other instead of getting orders right Had to change my lunch order 3 times due to them not having items for make their lunch food (at lunch time) Orders bagel and it came out white and was chewy, waited ten mins for your to toast my bagel for 35 second very disappointed this use to be a good location. Ordered extra butter and top half of my bagel was completely dry.
Very horrible experience, We asked for steeped tea triple triple, and the order taker, don’t want to mention the name but i will, owner have right to know (Arshpreet). She said it’s 2 different things and we can’t make that, it was my daily tea that i needed before my work and this is my usual thing to get from billings tim horton everyday, didn’t she know you can customise your tea? then another team mate help me and correct her which is a good thing, they gave me a hot tea, once i had that but there was no milk and no suga... read more
One of the best Tim hortons I have ever been to. Customer service is excellent and fast. Highly recommended.
