I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had a disappointing experience with one of the crew members, Randy. His behavior while taking my order and handing it over was unexpectedly so rude. She seemed irritated, was not welcoming, and spoke in an unfriendly manner. As a customer, I always expect basic courtesy and respect, especially in a service environment. I had the worst experience in here. The survivor is very poor. I ordered something else and got something else. They don't have ment drinks available in here .
Long wait, had to wait in the line for 8 minutes and more.
