I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today. I walked to Tim Hortons on my work break in the freezing cold to get a tea and a donut. I ordered a 2 milk 2 sugar tea — the lid was even marked correctly — but the drink was made with cream instead of milk. I couldn’t go back to fix it because my break was over, and now I can’t even drink it. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but today was the last straw. I went to place an order today around 12:45 pm in drive thru and the person who was taking the orders literally skipped me and took 2 other cars that showed up after me on the left side of the drive thru and took their orders which left me hanging. Had I not said hello several times to let them know I was there I would have been there longer. The worst part is they didn't apologize, the only comment that came out of their mouth was nothing I can do about it. I am not asking for anything but an apology would have been nice. S... read more
