In the 5+ years I’ve been visiting this Tim Hortons, I’ve never had such an incredible experience. I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by someone with a radio-quality voice who got my order right on the first try. He also served me at the window, handed me my drinks, and even took the time to start a friendly conversation while I waited for my food. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a bigger fella — truly the best service I’ve had in years. He made my day. Tim Hortons needs more people like him!
I’m a frequent customer to this specific Tims and I swear all my encounters with the cashiers are usually good UNLESS it’s this Jamie gal. Her attitude is unnecessarily disrespectful and unwelcoming. It has gotten to the point where I start wishing I don’t come when she’s working and I don’t think that should be a fear when you enter a place you usually love and can’t wait to visit.
