Waiting time in queue is really long
Good place for a coffee or get a good food any time
Yesterday evening, I visited Tim Hortons with friends and was disappointed with the service. The staff member who attended to us seemed unenthusiastic , rude and struggled with basic communication. Greetings and interactions with customers are essential aspects of customer service, and unfortunately, this was lacking. The drink preparation was subpar.
The staff was friendly and took time to answer questions.
