the staff took several minutes to serve a box of 10 assorted timbits.. when I went to the cash to talk to them about how long I had been waiting I was given a box of stale timbits.. AND on a further note majority of them were plain. I’m not mad, just disappointed.
This was my first visit to a Tim Hortons, and when I told the server he was genuinely interested in that, where I was from and so forth, which is unusual for a behind-the-counter person in a busy fast food place. He took my name while my croissant was warmed, and then gave it to me with a friendly goodbye. I think this location really takes advantage of the fact that if they mess up your order - and don’t open and consume it in the parking lot - you can’t turn around to tell them it’s wrong. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and ALL 3 were incorrect. Should have been 2 english muffin breaksfast sandwiches double toasted with butter. There was no butter and lucky if they even went through a toaster once. The third one was a biscuit breaksfast sandwich, supposed to be add chipotle sauce, and there was none.
