Have been here several times so I am making a fair experienced review. Service is Terrible. Customer service ZERO
The drive-thru experience at this Tim Hortons has improved significantly under the new management. Service is now much faster and more organized, with staff providing friendly and accurate service every time. Orders are prepared correctly, and the overall efficiency has made a noticeable difference. Great job to the new team for enhancing the customer experience!
Weekend and evening crews are the worst. They are so slow and drive thru is even worse. I just sat in drive thru in the right hand ordering spot and 6 vehicles to the left went through and I wasn't even acknowledged. I left without ordering. Horrible service!
The new reno is really good. Nicely done. Service is always a bit slow compared to some Mississauga Tim's i go to but hey it's a small town. All good. Some process analysis and improvement might help. Drive thru is always long but when you're the only one in town not surprised.
Flies everywhere inside today. Uncomfortable sitting there. Lots of new and young faces not really trained well as yet. As of the end of June 2025 this Tim Hortons made some renovations. Much nicer inside and organized much better. Designated staff for indoor clients as well as for drive thru. Fantastic compared to before. Keep up the good work so you can get your clientele back. A lot of regulars have gone to a&w and don't want to come back.
