Horrible service!!!! I have ordered all my drinks and was waiting for more than 30mins to receive my ice cap. When i when up to the counter to ask if it’s ready the lady didn’t even care and i had to wait to for another 5 mins for her to finish doing her other orders and make my ice cap. at least a small apology would have been nice but no ofc another employee who doesn’t know a thing about customer service!!!
My first experience in Tim Horton it was clean friendly and just love the doughnuts there. My sons spoiled me and their father a little bit
