While this location is always busy (it's a university, we need our caffeine!!), I want to recognize a staff member who always goes above and beyond to ensure we all receive our orders. April is a very nice employee! She's great at customer service.
Today I went to place an order, and the cashier confirmed the name of my drink — then just walked away without saying anything. I waited there, expecting her to come back or at least let me pay, but she never returned. Another cashier eventually showed up and started helping the next customer instead. I waited in the pick-up line for about 15 minutes, but no one ever followed up or completed my order. Honestly, I found the whole experience really strange and quite rude.
