Front cashier is very rude . Terrible customer service. She doesn’t deserve working there.seems not happy working there. I even asked her to call the manager she told me go inside look for manager I am not helping you
Terrible customer service, lady here was terrible and she was denying service because I asked for a spoon. She showed atrocious attitude and refused
How disappointing and frankly insulting. ANY and I mean ANY Tim Hortons I have ever gone to has always put my donuts in a box when I request it. I was told and I quote "No, we don't give out boxes for donuts" So, now my icing is going to stick to the bag and I won't be able to enjoy it. You really need fo learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS! TRAIN YOUR STAFF. OH! THATS FOR THE HAIR I DIDN'T ORDER.
I ordered a steeped tea online, got the confirmation email, and when I showed up to pick it up, you suddenly “ran out.” Seriously? What’s the point of taking orders if you can’t fulfill them? Then when I asked for a refund, instead of fixing your mistake, you told me to cancel it myself online—which, by the way, isn’t even possible because there’s no option to do it.
