I’ve never been to a Tim Hortons where they take so long to take the orders (especially drive-thru) and even longer to prepare them.
Horribly slow drive through. Unorganized and rude staff. They all look/sound/seem miserable.
Asked for large hot chocolate and 20 pack timbits no birthday cake. They tried to give me a large chocolate milk which was fine they corrected the mistake however, then received 20 timbits with birthday cake 5 to be exact. These will go to the trash as no one will eat them in our household.
