I went there around 8 o’clock everyone was so nice and I was looking for a drink and the recommended me to try a quencher and it was delicious I was very happy with the service there!!!! The girl who served me at the front was very welcoming!!!
My father just went in-store to purchase coffee and timbits. Upon his surprise he says you can only use the self order and pay screens. No more in person service. He stated there is a big sign demanding you only use self serve option. This is absolutely unacceptable. More employees I assume have lost their jobs at a Canadian icon restaurant. Will never have another "Tim's" again.
Food was good, although my mobile order was plunked in the counter and nobody ever called my name to let me know it was there….but it’s almost impossible eat inside because of the ENDLESS BEEPING from the kitchen. I’m guessing the staff have become ear blind to it but it was literally almost non stop. Please for the love of all things holy turn off the beeping, it’s annoying as heck for people trying to sit and enjoy their meal.
So I went in with a valid survey coupon code from October 21 on Wednesday November 12. As I got to the counter the lady told me she would have to check with her managerial f I could use the code. She proceeded to do so and told me I was not able to use my code because it was last months. I informed her that the survey receipt was from last month hence the code being last month.
