Not what it used to be
Genuinely one of the worst Tim Hortons that I’ve ever been to
I am a frequent visitor to this location, but I will not be coming back here due to the customer service. Natasha, I believe her name was incredibly rude to both my son and me, and was pressuring us to leave the drive-thru so fast she was practically yelling at us. Tim Hortons really needs to check who they hire; she completely ruined me and my family's experience.
Went in to get a coffee came out without, I ordered a meal and a tea with some others, they tried to tell me I ordered my meal with the tea but I ordered the meal before the tea with a coffee, then tried to me they can ring me for it, I checked it before it went through, I just left I wasn't dealing with their bullshit again
When you have one dollar soda promotion please have at least a coke or sprite is ready. I am very intrigued by the way this store is running. Don't they have quality assurance? Went there few times and will be there again for updates.
