I have been in 3 different Tim Horton's in Chatham 5 times in the last few weeks. During each visit, I could not make the employee understand that I wanted K Cups for a Keurig machine. I had to take them and point to the box on the shelf. After which it took a while to key into the register. Too bad they don't just scan it, I know they can. Over all, the standards are dropping. Why are the employees not trained to know what a K-Cup/Coffee Pod is?
In Chatham, Richmond St is by far my favourite location. Staff is always friendly and whether at store front or in the drive thru you’re not waiting long. Yesterday I didn’t read the screen and my drink was hot and not iced. The gentlemen was no nice, apologized and quickly got me an iced oat coffee. And I tried the new breakfast sandwich croissant with scrambled eggs and maple syrup, will be buying again.
Friendly staff, quicker than other tims to get orders and I could actually understand them! 😃
Change from a 4 to a 1 star. Been going for a while. 1 night lady is great. Very friendly and usually accurate. 1 other lady is miserable and has a severe attitude. She's been mentioned negatively at this location before in other reviews. No need to expand on who she is.
