Everytime i order a Vanilla Cream Cold Brew with whip cream and they completely ignore what I order and give me a plain ice coffee with whip cream. Clearly the staff here need to learn how to properly read orders.
The absolute worst !!! It’s not busy and tonight the window staff is rude. We asked for Tim bits to be added and she was like no . We don’t and can’t order through the window !! Not busy at all no line up and she was snarky. I get it if it’s morning rush or lunch but 640 at night ridiculous. She would make us go around through drive through again instead of letting an order be given at the window ! What’s wrong with management!! Absolutely terrible, rude, and entitled staff. Unfortunately, they are in a great location as they are only 2 minutes away from my house, so I have been coming here for years. Pre-Covid staff and management were amazing. It’s only after new management took over a few years ago that this location went down hill. I’ve been sticking it out hoping that management/staff will change, but alas! Staff is often slow/ignorant of customers. They pick and choose who can use the bathroom after 10pm even though they’re 24 hours and are open inside till 11.
