It's Tim Hortons. What do you expect.
I used to love going to this branch, I’m very disappointed with how this branch is getting managed right now. I do appreciate the effort of their staff to accommodate the customers but I hate the fact I’m being rushed considering I’m an elderly. I cannot move as fast… I also asked why I’m being rushed every time. I understand the metrics and to accommodate people but this is not the Canadian way. To the management kindly keep the quality over quantity of your services like it used to be. 1-2 years ago it wasn’t like this..

Horrible experience they were out of stock on pretty much everything no bagels no garlic bread no espresso either! There was a new girl on the cash but nobody had time to help her with her questions either! There was a foul smell in the restaurant too! Would have given zero star if i could!
