I have been to the Tim Hortons Sage Hill location several times, and it’s always the same experience. I ordered through my mobile app and there is almost always a long lineup because the service is very slow. The staff often seem more focused on talking to each other than serving customers, which makes the wait even longer. The food quality has also been disappointing on multiple visits. Management really needs to improve customer service, staff efficiency, and food quality. Until then, I won’t be coming back.
I’ve been here on multiple occasions and every time the worker in the Drive Thru has zero personality or social skills. The worker does not say thank you, and does not say a word. Service aside, the coffee here is definitely watered down compared to anywhere else. I’ve ordered Decaf on numerous occasions and I’m almost certain this location uses powdered coffee for Decaf. Will not be coming back.
Brand new Tim Hortons with excellent environment. Always fresh coffee and lots of food items.
Everytime i come here they always get my order wrong!
