The long drive thru line wasn't budging, so I parked and brought my toddler inside. The order was simple. I asked for 5 timbits. 2 chocolate, 2 strawberry, 1 plain. After repeating myself seven times, each time the order got more and more messed up, then after three women were at the register trying to figure it out, and the order was finally correct, I paid and left. Needs a reno, but only tims in town, so no other choice
Horrible customer service, lady at the window can’t and will not greet you, grumpily passing over the debit machine and ignores me when i ask for a straw. then she aggressively gave a straw and slammed the window. not impressed and this is a typical experience at any time hortons lately
Excellent service from the afternoon team. Crocetta, Kamaljot, Alex, Matthew and Samantha worked cooperatively to bring the best service to us. Very hard workers, Thank you :)
