Espresso machine is constantly “not working” every other week. Manager likes to say she’s the manager and can’t do anything about it but will not take suggestions for appropriate customer service, I.e put a notification before the drive thru that it is not working. I was served food that had foreign objects on it that were sharp—something that could have easily caused serious injury. This is not just careless; it’s dangerous. What made it worse was the complete lack of concern or accountability from the staff.
