Here’s a polished Google review you can post: I initially had a bad experience, but Chris, the team lead, completely turned things around. Even though the store was extremely busy, he took the time to assist me with patience, professionalism, and a calm attitude throughout the situation. I really appreciated the way he handled everything and made sure the issue was resolved. Great customer service from Chris — thank you!

The drive-thru is really popular at this location. The staff inside were very friendly and pleasant. The restrooms were clean 👌 🙌

We stopped at this Tim Hortons on the way to Blue Mountain and found it quite busy, which is expected given the location. Despite the crowd, the service was relatively efficient and the staff handled the volume well. We ordered coffee and a few timbits, and everything was fresh and met expectations. The coffee was hot and consistent, and the timbits were well stocked despite the rush. The place itself was clean and well maintained, which made the stop more comfortable given how crowded it was.
