Went to the drive thru for coffee and donut holes. We are traveling and not from Canada, so whenever we visit we make it a point to support local businesses such as Tim Hortons. I was looking for an iced blended coffee and had to ask due to it not showing anything about said drink on the menu. We visited this location and had a terrible experience. Part of our order was missing, and the person taking the order was clearly racist and arrogant. His behavior and tone toward us and his staff made it obvious he had an issue with our presence. When I pointed out the missing item, he rudely claimed they had already given it and said, "I have proof." Seriously? Over a $1 item?
