This Tim’s sucks and over the years it’s only gotten worse they don’t care about customers all they care about is the time in the window I’ll continue to not support this Tim’s and go to Calgary instead
The evening manager today had no sense of talking to the customers. Firstly, she did not greet the client nicely. Secondly upon asking to make tea extra hot she mentioned she cannot do it. Then asked her if she can microwave it she did not do that. And started arguing about it.
At 7:12 Am Saturday mornings they don’t have hash browns so offering wraps without them. And they are a coffee shop 😂
I’ve stopped here twice on my way to Calgary, and both times my order was missing items. The staff are difficult to understand, and when eating in, it has taken over 10 minutes just to get a coffee. While the food quality itself is fine (especially since it’s mostly prepared earlier), the real issue here is the service.
I really appreciate the service and the staff knows what they are doing. 👍👍👍
