I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. The supervisor at the drive-thru, I believe her name was Kiran, spoke with a rude and dismissive tone that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that staff—especially those in supervisory roles—are trained to speak to customers professionally.
