I was hosted by Scott, who is a wonderful gem of a worker at this establishment. I was blown away by his amazing customer service skills and beaming smile. I will most certainly be returning for his services.
I wanna give this Tim Hortons 0 stars for the terrible customer service I experienced. The staff were unprofessional and showed no concern for customers’ satisfaction especially drive thru This was extremely disappointing . I would like to speak directly with the owner or manager regarding this matter, as this level of service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
I wish I can give no stars I went to this Tim’s last Thursday and ordered egg and cheese only on plain croissant and after 30 min of driving to work when I opened my breakfast it there was sausage which I don’t eat, of course I didn’t eat my breakfast but when I went next day and mentioned about the wrong order the girl at the window asking if I have a “pic” like I’m not dying to have free sandwich but have some courtesy to listen to your customers. I’ve been a loyal Tim Hortons customer for years, but recently I’ve been really disappointed with the service at this location. The staff don’t seem to communicate clearly, and I often have to repeat my order several times before it’s understood. This makes the experience frustrating, especially when I’m in a hurry.
