Worst drive thru ever, told us they will get our order in 5 min, no one respond for 10 min. Pull up to the window, knock at the window so many times, the employee looked at us but never responded. 5 min later, they told us they closed early. But they never put a sign or anything, there was still a long line after us unknowing the store is closed. The service is absolutely terrible

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve one star. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and openly arguing among themselves while customers were waiting. I was treated disrespectfully while simply waiting for my order, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. There was no sense of customer service at all, and the attitude from the staff made it feel like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority.
