I won't even go to a Tim Hortons that has dirty bathrooms. The staff uses those bathrooms then makes your food. Gross
Tim Hortons always delivers with great coffee and tasty food. Their coffee is fresh and smooth, and the breakfast sandwiches are satisfying. The Timbits are a must-try too! Only downside is a longer wait during busy times, but it’s worth it for the quality.
They never want to make chicken noodle soup
Very convenient place for a coffee, but the service is awful. Good employees, but not enough. Today I waited in line for 15 min while I watched staff fill only door dash and mobile orders while the line sat and waited. I could see new orders come in and get filled while 10 people already in the store waited. I would use the app, but after Tim Hortons tracked people without consent for years, I don't feel like trusting them.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. Tasty treats, and excellent customer service!
