Great service, food was hot and prepared well. Restaurant, however, is filthy especially the front counter, area around the cash, display case, and food prep area. Thick layers of dust and greasy finger smudges on the cases. See photo of accumulated dust and dirt gathered between the food prep case area. This Tim Hortons is a disappointment.

Coldbrook management is rude and they don't treat their staff very well. I boycotted Tims a few years ago and VERY THANKFUL I did. I will never go order anything from another Tim Hortons again. So sad to see how it's run
I am thoroughly impressed with this Tim Hortons location. The cleanliness is exceptional—truly next to godliness. I’ve never seen a Tim Hortons where the staff is so diligent about maintaining such a spotless environment. Observing their attention to detail gave me full confidence that the rest of the restaurant would be just as well maintained. Upon visiting the washrooms, I was pleased to find them immaculate. Kudos to the management and staff for their outstanding work. Well done, Tim Hortons!
