Friendly staff and its clean. But the poor review comes from service. They pay far far more attention to mobile orders than they do the lineup of customers in the store. Given that this location does NOT have a drive-thru you would think it would pay attention to their walk-in customers more. Most of the time they only have one till working and that same employee is the one making your order so the lineup can be quite slow.
