Get me order wrong everytime. The staff are so rude and refuse to change it. My friend uber ordered a wrap and asked for no egg on the instruction box because she is allergic and they ignored it and gave her egg, when we called they were rude once again blamed uber and wouldn’t let us go back for one and hung up. I don’t think I will come back to this Tim Hortons.
It was a very disappointing experience with the service and unfriendly manner of the indian girl at the front cashier on october 5 at around 10am. She looks so upset and rude as she didn’t engage with customers.
