I had a very disappointing experience this morning at Tim Hortons. The staff were not polite at all and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. I ordered a toasted bagel, When I went back to speak with the staff about it, the lady at the counter was quite rude—she didn’t acknowledge my concern and even turned her face away, offering no replacement or apology. I come here every work day for just a regular coffee. It usually is a quick stop for me and I often mobile order. But this past month if I don't mobile order then I am waiting over 5 minutes for a coffee while people behind me get their order first. I end up having to ask them where my order is instead of them checking to see why I am still waiting. It's fine if it's a one off but it has happened several times this month.
