I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience today at a Tim Hortons location. I came in to buy an Ice Capp with extra cream for Cole, and the person who served me, named Marlene, was extremely rude. I didn’t fully understand what she was asking me (my English is not perfect), and she turned to laugh at me. She laughed along with the young man standing beside her. I felt truly hurt.
