This location has gone completely downhill. The staff acts like the ingredients come directly out of their pocket. Ordered a double toasted extra cream cheese bagel and got an untoasted bagel with barely a teaspoon of cream cheese. Will not be wasting my time or money here anymore. Tim Hortons, you should be ashamed.

Just wanted to share that there’s an old lady working on this location. I’m not sure she is from china or philippines. Her service is so good at this age . She greet very well , she take orders very politely. Every time i came whether it’s drive thru or inside she always seem happy. I really like that woman. Keep her because she’s is the best. 2 days ago she seems little sad . I just want to say Stay happy you’re are looking more beautiful when you smile 🤩
