Awful customer service. I was in there with my friend and we asked for less ice and I was denied less ice. They said the policy has changed, we asked for them to show it to us and they said no. Manager Shivni was rude and obnoxious.

I love this Tim's. I stop in for coffee and breakfast on my way to work most mornings. The staff is helpful and friendly. My coffee is always made perfectly and the food is always fresh and hot. The girls know my coffee which is nice - they care, and always have something nice to say.
