The most unprofessional place I’ve ever visited. I waited more than half an hour for my order, and the staff gave no information about the delay. The service was very disappointing — slow customer service and complete disorganization in their work. For such a popular place, this is unacceptable.
I ordered ice coffee with light ice that’s dos’nt mean you’re give me a half coffee and after that Bad behaviour of staff and unexpected experience
I stopped by for a steep tea and OSA served me a 10 minute expired steep tea and I can see on the pot that it’s expired and OSA trying to argue with me when I literally work at Tim Hortons the guy just had a big ego, and he was very rude the steep tea was also cold.

I come to Auburn Bay Tim Hortons nearly every day after work and before I pick up my little girl from school, the staff are always sweet and even know my name and my daughters name which is so sweet , the dining area is always clean and I have seen them all clean when not busy , I want to give a 10 stars to the 3 girls i know the names off now the ladies are Ella,Olive and Joyce these girls are always happy and helpful I appreciate you ladies Thankyou
