Not one white person that is working, I can’t understand them, I feel that this is prejudice. I guess Tim Hortons isn’t Canadian anymore
Ordered a bagel, got home and it was wrong, drove back, explained the problem, got a new bagel made, got home and again it is wrong. Will not go back a third time to fix THEIR mistake. Called 3 times and they don't answer the phone, so can't even discuss the problem. Staff are friendly, but clearly require more training or support, management clearly doesn't care or provide enough staff to provide proper customer service.
Today I had a great experience with Raman, she recommended ice chai latte with protein milk, that was so tempting. Realllyyyy enjoyed that drink, Will appreciate her suggestion that made me energetic for whole day.
