Very poor customer service, I had to wait 20 minutes for one sandwich because the staff were busy in gossiping.

I’m shocked by the terrible service at this Tim Hortons. A little kid was waiting patiently for his mom to arrive so they could order, and he asked politely for a cup of water because he was thirsty. The staff responded with, “No money, no water.” Refusing a thirsty child a simple cup of water and treating him with such a rude attitude is absolutely unacceptable. About my fourth time going to this Tim Hortons every single time takes forever this time ordered a brown sugar latte small not one customer was in there, took 14 minutes to get tasted like They put Filled the cup with brown sugar not the first time ordering this at other Tim Hortons and it did not taste like this. Get new employees!
