I’ve been to this location TWICE, once today and once two weeks ago. The first time I received a cracked cup.. my iced Capp leaked all into my cup holder. I was inconvenienced but thought I guess that happens sometimes… then today I swung by there, ordered an iced Capp and SAME THING! The cup was cracked all over the bottom. Once is a fluke twice is an issue. Will not be returning to this location as they have wasted my money twice.
Excellent customer service. I give everyone credits to their hardwork.
