Today I was at this tim hortons location. I ordered 2 medium ice caps. The 2nd ice cap was handed to me, lid came off as the server toppled it into the windows of my car. First the server said Its not her fault. She did not at all apologize. Second the server hesitated to get paper towels when I asked what they'd do to help clean it up. Next the manager comes to the window and tells me that once they hand over a drink its no longer thier problem. The server keeps saying " shes blaming me" The lid popped off and was split up ... read more
Lid was not put on ice capp properly and was poured all over driver and inside vehicle. Staff argued, we were told once an item is outside the window its not on them. Manager wouldn't provide name. Then provided 2 different names for himself. Gave us the wrong number to contact customer support. Multiple people in drive thru and parking lot witnessed.
11 cents tax on 1.15 is theft.. good job guy
