I needed help placing my order because I have difficulty reading the menu from far away. Instead of assisting me, the lady behind the counter was rude and kept making annoyed facial expressions. I politely addressed the issue and explained that I wasn’t being rude — I simply needed help with the menu. The staff are friendly and a great team. I order online and they always have it ready by the time I get there. My coffee/tea taste consistent.
