It was my first time visiting this Tim Hortons, and I had a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The coffee was fresh, and the shop was clean and well maintained. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
I went to get a Veg Croissant this morning and politely asked if it could be grilled. The lady making the sandwiches responded quite rudely, saying, "No, I can't do that." I'm a regular customer, so I was disappointed by the way my request was handled. I completely understand if it's not possible when the store is busy, but there were only 3–4 customers at the time. A polite explanation would have been appreciated, even if the request couldn't be accommodated.
Besides the fact you have homeless hanging around everyday by your doors, the staff are fantastic, fast, efficient in getting orders in and out the door. Your team works great together and every year during stampede time I do by. Appreciate you all.
