I visited this Tim Hortons location around 6:30 AM The washroom was locked, so I politely requested the staff member to let me use it as it was an emergency. I even explained that I have a medical issue. However, he refused and spoke very rudely, simply saying the washroom opens at 7:00 AM and I had to wait. I understand there may be rules, but in emergency situations, basic human understanding and kindness are expected. The way this was handled was very disappointing and lacked empathy.
