This Tims Hortons used to be the best 1-2 years ago! They had the best front line team members & managers always remembered your name. Its gone way downhill recently and we often go here daily since we work 1 minute away. The orders are usually wrong and many mistakes are made. We will no longer be going to this Tim Hortons anymore as its gone way downhill past year!
You guys are pathetic. Ordered a bacon breakfast wrap, hashbrown on the side, and an iced cap. You gave me sausage wrap, no hasbrown and an iced coffee. I'm editing it as I was being too harsh but cmon guys.
Not a great customer service. The location says it’s open 24 hours and we got there, could go inside, but the clerk said it was not opened and asked how we got in like it’s our fault…they left the door unlocked and everything was lit up 🤔 He was just watching videos—don’t those people work? Just edit your business hours please to avoid confusion.
Ordered a chocolate dip donut that tasted like it’s been in a Tupperware container with a habanero wrap and left in a child’s backpack for 3 days. A donut shouldn’t have a peppery after-taste. My expectations have always been low, so I’m suprised it could get even lower.
Went in at 10:45 for a breakfast bowl, said none available as breakfast ends at 11? No washroom available, filthy restaurant, filthy windows with smears everywhere Walked out, went elsewhere
