I went to the Tim Hortons in Russell, Ontario and the cashier who took my friends order gave her a small Ice Cap when she ordered a Medium Ice Cap. Then she charged her for a chicken wrap when she ordered the chicken bowl. The reason why she did that was because they had no more rice to make a bowl but only enough for a wrap, which she told us after we had paid and received the wrap.
