Absolutely awful experience.I saw that place was opened so I placed a mobile order through the Tim Hortons app, expecting a smooth pickup like any normal customer would. When I arrived, the doors were locked, so I walked to drive thru window and tell her my name, A staff member came and rudely snapped at me that they were “only open for drive-thru.” I tried to explain that I had already placed an order — she didn’t care, didn’t listen, and literally told me that she’s attending the costumer and I’m disturbing her.
