Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and butter, and they completely forgot the cream cheese. How hard is it to get a simple order right? This isn’t the first time Tim Hortons has messed up, but it might be the last time I bother giving them my money. If the staff can’t pay attention to basic details, why should customers trust them with anything more complicated? Sloppy service, careless preparation, and zero accountability. Do better. :(
The staff is very nice here, and I received my order pretty quickly.
