Visiting Penticton From Nanaimo. I've gone to this Tim Hortons twice in the last 3 days, once at 11am, and just now at 8am. This location has had the bare minimum of food available, and poor customer service both times. I ordered 2 simply sausages on croissants and was told after I had paid, they can't make the sandwiches. I then had to ask (rather than be offered by the employee I spoke with) to request my money be given back.
Personnel accueillant et efficace
I went through the drive through and I got the scrambled egg hash brown box. Absolute garbage, I couldn’t even finish it. The hashbrowns were so stale they were so hard to eat, and the eggs did not taste good at all. I’m super disappointed. I used to work at Tim Hortons back in Alberta and i was the cook and sandwhich maker so I know how things are supposed to be cooked and taste and I know that I was given old food past the expiry time. Service was nice.
