I had a disappointing experience today. I ordered a sugar-free vanilla iced latte through the drive-thru, but it was not made properly. I order this drink regularly, so I know how it should taste, and today it was clearly different. I went inside the store to politely mention the issue. I ordered by stuff at drive through Saturday morning. When i reach to window my order was ready but i want to use my rolls up but not sure how to use it. I know its rush time but employee name kuldeep was at window. She listened to me very calmly helped me to do stepup without any hesitation. I appreciate her helping nature towards customers and smile at end which made my day.
