Today I visited the Tim Hortons location on Rupert Street and had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience, as I ordered a Chicken Ranch Bacon Wrap and Cold Brew coffee but received a completely cold, low-quality wrap that was not fit to serve, and I also had to stand at the front counter for around 5 to 7 minutes without any staff acknowledging or taking my order despite being clearly present, which shows very poor service management; when I was finally served, the staff behavior was rude, dismissive, and high... read more
I think the food is basically the same in every Tims but the service at this one is really good! Today, Guneet helped get me the specific timbits I wanted
Quick service and Gurneet was wonderful!
