Hey I am the regular customer I always order mocha ice cape. All the time the coffee is very good but this time I specially told them to add extra cream in my coffee they didn’t added I don’t know the name of the boy but that was the 2nd time happened with me. Last time also I ordered the medium size it was same I am so sorry from the next time I am not gonna come here 🥹
ATTENTION TIM HORTONS, I just wanted to share my experience from yesterday. I’m a regular customer at this location, and honestly, I was really disappointed this time. I ordered a Vanilla Iced Latte and a Mocha Iced Cappuccino. The cashier, NAVPREET, didn’t give me a receipt or order number and just moved on to the next person.
