The restaurant was clean and the service speed was good
This tim Hortons menu is actually half the size of the corporate menu. Countless times I either can't order something or get to the store and find out the thing I ordered on the app is something they don't carry anymore. Regularly I'll go over and my order number won't be on the screen because they haven't cleared it in forever.
I stop by this Tim Hortons fairly often and the service is always great. The staff are friendly, the orders are accurate, and the place is usually clean and well organized. You can tell the team is well managed. Muhammed and his crew do a great job keeping things running smoothly, even when it gets busy. Definitely one of the better Tim’s locations around.
I visited this Tim Hortons in the evening and it was very busy, with a huge lineup in the drive-thru as well. The showcase was full with lots of fresh items and there was a great variety of donuts, timbits, and baked goods to choose from. Despite the rush, I received a very friendly welcome and the service speed was impressive. The team handled the crowd really well and kept things moving quickly. Overall, a great experience!
